CHANGE & GROWTH CONSULTANCY

For When Your Business Has Hit A Wall.

Practical, calm organisational consultancy for music, events and artist businesses.

Every growing business hits walls — founders who've stopped agreeing on direction, a department that's quietly stopped functioning, a leader everyone's tiptoeing around, a structure that worked at half the size and doesn't anymore. None of this is a crisis. It's just what happens when a business outgrows the way it was built. Left alone, though, it becomes one.

Why This Works

Almost everything that breaks inside a fast-scaling organisation is a communication failure at root — leadership not aligned on the story they're telling internally, departments operating on different information, decisions nobody actually communicated. Twenty years of understanding narrative, stakeholders, and how organisations talk to themselves and the world is what makes me good at spotting and fixing that.

I work directly with directors to diagnose what's actually going on — using the same strategic and communications tools I used with much bigger brands, alongside coaching and NLP techniques most clients never even clock as coaching. It's common sense, properly applied, at a calm pace, with no crisis clock running.

A Cheaper, Faster Fix Than A Bad Hire

When a department or team is struggling, the instinct is often to hire your way out of it — a new head of ops, a restructure, another salary. That's a £30,000–£40,000 commitment before you even know if it's the right fix. Bringing me in to diagnose and stabilise the situation first typically costs a fraction of that, and you're not left carrying a headcount decision you can't easily undo if it turns out to be wrong.

How It Works

  • A short scoping conversation to understand what's actually going on

  • Flexible delivery — embedded on-site with the team when it matters,
remote and ongoing once things are moving

  • Direct work with the director or leader responsible,
including 1:1 coaching where it helps

  • A clear picture of what changed, and what to keep doing once I step back out
