Crisis Response.
If It Does Tip Into A Crisis.
Twelve years specialising in crisis communications for music, events and culture.
A closure. A leadership blowout. A public incident. The moment it lands, you need someone steady and decisive — already fluent in this industry, not a generalist agency learning your world from scratch while your team scrambles.
You get me directly, from the first call. No account executives, no hand-offs — twelve years of crisis experience specifically in music, events and culture, applied immediately.
What's actually at stake is rarely just the headline. It's whether your audience still trusts you, your team still believes in the plan, and the people you rely on — artists, partners, staff — still want to be associated with you six months from now.
I embed directly, on-site or remotely, typically for 5–10 days, to stabilise what's fragile and hand things back steady.
How I Work
My job is to help you make the best decisions for your organisation — not to tell you what to do, and sometimes that means advising you to do nothing at all. I don't speak to media directly; you use your own people and channels for that. I'm known in this industry for crisis work, so if journalists hear my name is involved, they already understand why.
Before We Start
Every engagement starts with a full, confidential briefing. I need to understand everything before I can tell you whether I'm the right person, and all parties sign an NDA as standard. I decide whether to take something on after that conversation, not before — which also means I reserve the right to decline any enquiry.
What This Isn't
I don't help organisations or individuals manage a situation in a way that's designed to suppress, minimise or discredit legitimate allegations of abuse or misconduct. If that's the brief, I'm not the right person, and I won't take the enquiry further. I'm glad to help an organisation communicate honestly and responsibly through a difficult situation — that's not the same thing as making one disappear.
